What are the new hours?
Beginning on Monday, Sept. 14 the new hours at the Palm Coast branch — 2500 Palm Coast Parkway NW — will be:
Monday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Thursday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Beginning Monday, September 14th, the Palm Coast Branch Library will be extending its hours to aid local students. It’ll be noted that during COVID-19 openings, the library hours were reduced but as the city sees a rise in demand, the hours will be extended. This includes two evenings.
The Bunnell Branch hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Bunnell Library is located at 103 E. Moody Blvd.
What’s the reason for Library hours being lengthed?
Library Directory Holly Albanese states, “With so many students using remote learning or iFlagler, they now need alternative hours at the library for access to resources,” She goes on, “The pa2`ublic library is needed more now than ever before, and we are pleased to help support the schools.”
