Mad Dogs Flag Football, a popular youth league based out of Palm Coast, has announced its league board in preparation for the 2021-22 season. Founded in 2018, the league has served to provide a safe environment to learn football fundamentals, with a quality competitive atmosphere.

Two of the most noteworthy additions to Mad Dogs’ board are Robert Paxia and Matt Forrest, the head football coaches at Flagler Palm Coast High School and Matanzas High School respectively. The board is also adding Chris Parks, a volunteer coach at FPCHS, and Anthony Robinson, dean of students at MHS.

The additions of personnel from each of Flagler County’s two high schools aims to provide solid ties between Mad Dogs and the schools; players in the 5-15 league could have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the school programs should they choose to move on to high school football. If they do decide to pursue football further, they’ll go into it with an underlying understanding of football fundamentals.
