Artie Gardella, founder of Palm Coast’s Synergy Senior Fitness, has announced he’s expanding his classes into a new location. Starting on March 4th, Gardella has added Elks Lodge 2709 as a new host for his Balance and Motion (BAM) class every week.
According to a release about the expansion, Gardella’s ‘BAM’ class focuses on strength, flexibility, cardio endurance, core and balance. These, he says, are critical qualities for seniors to keep their independence for longer.
“This collaboration with the Elks Lodge has solved a big problem,” Gardella said. “We needed another space to accommodate the many eager seniors in our community looking to stay fit and thrive. This new class will be a convenient option for seniors in Northeast Palm Coast, where most of our students come from. We are thrilled to make fitness more accessible to them!”
The expansion into the Elks Lodge was made possible thanks to an invitation from the President of the Elks Ladies Auxiliary, Kathy Collaro. “We are excited to host the BAM class and support the health and well-being of seniors in our community,” she said.
The Elks Lodge 2709 is located at 53 Old Kings Rd N, Palm Coast, FL, 32137. Gardella’s classes there are held each Tuesday, free with most insurances or with a donation from uninsured attendees. More information is available at Synergy Senior Fitness’ website.
