Three people were arrested in Palm Coast’s C Section Monday in a narcotics bust that originated with a suspicious vehicle call. The incident began when the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office received a call about an unusual car parked at a construction site on Columbia Lane, a small residential street parallel to Palm Harbor Parkway.
Deputies responded to the site and found that the car in question was illegally parked, the FCSO said in their report. Sitting in the vehicle were 28-year-old Michelle Molina and 48-year-old Javier Davila. Molina was said to be a resident of Dallas, Texas, while Davila was said to be from Quitman, Texas.
Upon being questioned, Davila reportedly gave deputies multiple fake identities. Once they ascertained who Davila was, deputies found that he was wanted in Texas on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, evading arrest, and multiple drug-related offenses. He was subsequently placed under arrest for being a fugitive from justice.

After removing Davila, deputies searched the vehicle. According to the FCSO, they found cannabis, heroin, methamphetamine, and oxycodone. Beyond that, they also discovered a handgun, a scale, and unnamed drug paraphernalia. The meth and oxycodone were said to have been ‘trafficking amounts’.
In addition to his fugitive charges, Davila was charged in Flagler County with weapon possession by an out-of-state felon, drug possession with intent to sell, oxycodone trafficking, heroin possession, methamphetamine trafficking, hashish possession, giving a false identity to law enforcement, manufacture or delivery of drug paraphernalia, loitering or prowling, obstruction without violence, and trespassing on a construction site.
Molina was also arrested and charged with methamphetamine trafficking, oxycodone trafficking, hashish possession, drug possession with intent to sell, loitering or prowling, manufacturing or delivering drug paraphernalia, and trespassing on a construction site.

While deputies were working the scene, a third individual reportedly approached. The woman, identified as 31-year-old Martha Rodriguez of Dallas, was said to have been carrying a duffel bag. Rodriguez was said to have been traveling with the other two while carrying fentanyl and drug paraphernalia in the bag. She too was arrested, on charges of fentanyl possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Davila and Molina were denied bond for their charges, while Rodriguez was booked on $6,000 bond. As of Wednesday evening, all three remain in custody at the county jail.
