ⓒ Palm Coast Fire Department

A series of awards and promotions were announced by the Palm Coast Fire Department on Tuesday. The recognitions were presented to personnel who either met the standard to move upward in their fire careers, or who exhibited actions or conduct worthy of being honored.

Promotions

The foremost promotion went to Patrick Juliano, who was promoted to battalion chief from his previous rank of lieutenant. A separate announcement was made about Juliano’s promotion in August.

Two personnel with the PCFD were promoted to lieutenant, Brandon Davis Dylan Mulligan. Two others became driver engineers, Caleb Dann and Gunner Pemberton. Additionally, a group of new probationary firefighters were added to the department’s ranks: Codey Arnold, Nathaniel Dauphin, Logan Jackson, Connor Marin, Trevor Ranieri, Adam Thompson, and Slade Waits.
