Check out the latest installment of Welcome to Palm Coast covering the Matanzas Woods!

Welcome to Matanzas Woods, also known as the L section.

This northern area of Palm Coast is closest to the historical city of St Augustine and, with a recently constructed I-95 exit ramp and overpass close by, it is very conveniently located. This quiet section is continuing to grow! There are a variety of housing options available from beautiful single-family homes to vacant lots for you to design and build your dream home.

Matanzas Woods is also in close proximity to the highly desirable Belle Terre Elementary School, Indian Trails Middle School, and Matanzas High School.

When looking for investment opportunities, there may be no better location than the “L” Section. With close proximity to an Interstate-95 exit, quick access to US-1, and a wide range of schools, some rated “A”, you’ve got everything.

The entire “L” Section is located on the north side of Matanzas Woods Parkway. The road goes from US-1 to Old Kings, giving you prime access to Palm Harbor and eastern Palm Coast Parkway.

Love St. Augustine but looking for something more affordable? Look at this section.
