June Market Real Estate Update

I’m Lauren McPherson with Adams, Cameron, & Company Realtors with a quick market update. For the month of June, over 700 homes were active on the market, with 350 of those homes being new listings, and 299 homes were sold. We are working with only 3-4 months worth of inventory which means we are in a seller’s market here in Palm Coast. Now is the time to sell your home as the buyer activity picks up!
