A new gas station, drive-through restaurant, and retail center are being planned for the corner of Sesame Boulevard and Seminole Woods Boulevard in Palm Coast, according to city planning documents.

The proposed project would include a 12-pump gas station with a 4,000-square-foot convenience store and an L-shaped retail building containing a drive-through restaurant and four additional office or retail spaces. The site is located at the north entrance to Sesame Boulevard from Seminole Woods Boulevard.

According to city documents, the drive-through restaurant and largest retail space will each be 1,250 square feet. The three smaller spaces will each be 1,150 square feet. The site plan provides for 54 parking spaces.

The project is owned by PC Lane, LLC. The technical site plan is still under city review, though a development permit has been issued allowing the property owner to begin construction work, according to documents reviewed by the Palm Coast Observer.

No specific gas station brand, restaurant tenant, or retail occupants have been disclosed in the city documents at this time.

The development is part of broader growth in the Sesame Boulevard area. A separate application for Soleta Lakes, a 394-lot age-restricted residential project, has also been submitted for the same general vicinity.

For details on specific application numbers and project documents, the Palm Coast Planning Department maintains public records of site plans and development permits.

This article will be updated as additional information becomes available.
