A resident of Palm Coast’s W Section was arrested on Thursday for allegedly exposing his genitals in the drive-thru of a Chick-fil-A. 33-year-old Luke Dudkewic was charged with lewd or lascivious exhibition by an adult to a victim under 16 years old.

According to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office, Dudkewic was in the drive-thru of the Chick-fil-A restaurant on SR-100 in Palm Coast on Friday, April 24. One of the employees was a minor younger than 16. The girl said that while serving Dudkewic, he exposed his genitals to her.

As the victim was handing Dudkewic his food, the FCSO says, he had both his genitals and an apparent sex toy in clear visual display. The toy was affixed to Dudkewic’s genitals at the time of the exposure, the FCSO claims.

The victim reported that the customer in question was a man with a long beard who identified himself as Luke. A review of surveillance footage from the Chick-fil-A by FCSO detectives identified Dudkewic as the suspect.

Deputies arrived at Dudkewic’s residence later in the day to interview him. He reportedly admitted that he was at the Chick-fil-A earlier in the day, and that he owned a sex toy matching the description of the one from the incident. He did, however, deny having had it on his body when the incident occurred and that his genitals were exposed when he went through the drive-thru.

Multiple follow-up interviews were conducted with Dudkewic in the days that followed. In the second interview, the FCSO says that Dudkewic changed his story and said that he was indeed sporting the sex toy when he went through the drive-thru.

He claimed that he was trying out a ‘testing mode’ on the toy, the FCSO says, in which it would alter its rate of vibration in accordance with how fast he was traveling. Still, Dudkewic is said to have denied exposing himself at Chick-fil-A. The most he reportedly admitted to deputies was that his device may have accidentally ‘popped out’ at some point.

All the same, detectives concluded that Dudkewic intentionally exposed himself in the drive-thru. An arrest warrant was obtained, and he was taken into custody on Thursday. Dudkewic posted his $10,000 bond about three hours after being booked that evening. Under his release, Dudkewic cannot have contact with minors or use drive-thru features at businesses.

“This pervert knew what he was doing and purposely went through a drive-thru exposing himself for his own perverted gratification,” said Flagler Sheriff Rick Staly. “It’s unfortunate that a young employee just doing her job to make some money had to be exposed to such a pervert. Our deputies and Major Case detectives did a great job quickly investigating and getting this pervert arrested.”
