Glad the officer will make a full recovery. Unfortunately a bad decision by the law violator caused him to loose his life. Could he have had mental issues, was he drunk, was he on drugs, or was he just stupid? Who knows at this point, but whatever caused him to in sue in a confrontation with a deputy will not cost the tax payers any money while he sits in jail.
