Fourteen years into its operation, Parkside Realty Group has been sold to new ownership. Lauren McPherson has acquired the company from its previous owner, Sam Perkovich, according to a statement released on Friday.

“I am thrilled to take over Parkside Realty Group,” said Lauren McPherson. “Having lived in Flagler County for over three decades, I am deeply committed to this community. I look forward to continuing Sam’s legacy of excellence and providing outstanding service to our clients.”

McPherson moved to Flagler County in 1992, having since seen the county transform from a small two-city corner of northeast Florida into a rapidly expanding heavyweight in the region. She’s a second generation realtor, having been inspired to take up the job from her mother who designed and sold luxury homes, according to the release. Now, she lives in Palm Coast with her husband Josh, a mortgage lender, and the couple’s two kids.

With her new venture heading up Parkside Realty, McPherson said she hopes to continue to deliver “exceptional customer service”, “wealth of knowledge”, and “[passion] about helping people” to the established brand. Part of that will come from Perkovich, who will be staying with Parkside Realty as a broker/associate.

Overall, Parkside Realty Group has 15 real estate agents in its staff, including a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), according to their release. All 15 reside in Flagler County, they say, and their firm serves Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Bunnell, and the surrounding area. The Parkside’s brick and mortar location is at 145 City Place in Palm Coast.

Have known Sam for years and wish her the best in her next endeavors.
I also wish Lauren the best of luck with ParkSide realty. She has big shoes to fill so to speak.
