The location is so remote that people are reluctant to drive all the way out there to eat. This fact makes it difficult to be successful. The old restaurant initially had good food but the number of customers was inconsistent and when they got slammed the service suffered. Maybe it should be left as a park and boat launch. Not every square foot of Flagler County with a water view has to be turned into a restaurant or bar.

I agree. but it look cool that someone can park their boat right up to the front door. I’m assuming that everything inside will be on floating balloons.

Maybe a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner only. They definitely need somewhere to eat out here. There is only one restaurant out there. Maybe with good advertising and word of mouth it can be successful.
