Palm Coast – Starting today, new streetlights will be installed on Ravenwood Drive in Palm Coast. Conduit and hand holes will be installed on the east side of Ravenwood Dr. No lane closures are expected but all motorists should be aware of workers that may be present in the area.
On August 2, 2021, the contractor will begin installing the actual street poles. This will be followed by daily lane closures for one-and-half to two weeks. A flagging operation will be present daily between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Motorists are recommended to find alternative routes during this time.

This is mind bogging to me. Out of all the streets in PC, why put lights on a street that has no front property? Seems like another waste of money to me by the city.
